    Learning organization was introduces by Peter Senge in 1990. Learning org. is defined as the org in which the workers find or form new information and then share these information at a group level than the groups share their information with each other to arrive at org. level knowledge.
    In this case learning is actually the process in which individual level information is converted into org. level knowledge. The specialty of learning org. is that it is used for innovation. In other word this org. is used for inventions.
